Privacy policy
How we handle information when you contact Galaxy LeadsPro.
Who to contact
For questions about your information, email sales@galaxyleadspro.com or call 07572224813. Our contact address is 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9HJ, United Kingdom.
Information you choose to share
If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address and enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form sends the details you provide to our team by email so we can respond. Our hosting service processes the submission, and short-lived security records help prevent spam and repeated submissions.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements and discuss potential services. Where services are agreed, the applicable proposal and data-processing arrangements set out any further processing.
Service providers, video and booking
The booking link takes you to Calendly, which handles booking details under its own privacy policy. The homepage video is hosted by Wistia and loads in an embedded player. Website hosting, video and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to further contact.
Questions or concerns
Contact our team first so we can address your concern. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. This notice applies to this website; campaign-specific data arrangements are agreed separately.
